Research on the Standards System of Carbon Asset Management in Electric Power Industry

Abstract：[Objective]Withthepromotionofcarbonpeakandcarbonneutralizationwork，thestandards systemofcarbon peak andcarbon neutralization inthe power industry isconstantly improving，which provides animportant guarantee for thestandardizationinthefieldofoublecarboninthepowerindustryHowever，therearestillsomeproblemsinthefeldof powercarbonassetmanagementsuchasuncleardevelopmentstatusathomeandabroadimperfectconstructinofstandards systemframework， andunclear future development direction.[Methods] Itanalyzes the development status，construction requiremnts，overal frameworkanddevelopmenttrendofcarbonasset managementstandards system inthepower industry are systmatically studied.[Results] This paper analyzes the current developmentstatus of carbon asset management standards athomeandabroad，andanalyzestherequirementsfortheconstructionofcarbonasset management standards systemin the power industry from the twodimensions ofpolicy demand and technology demand.Theoverallframeworkof the powercarbonassetmanagement standardssystemisalsoproposedfromthefve dimensionsofpowercarbonmanagement， powercarbontrading，powercarbon finance，powercarbonevaluationandpowercarbondisclosure.Finall，thedevelopment trendofpower carbonasetmanagementinthefuture isanalyzed.[Conclusion]Theresearchhas practicalreference valueand significance for guiding the development of power carbon asset management standardization in the future.
