河南省農(nóng)村“兩后生”職業(yè)培訓(xùn)研究

摘  要：在全面脫貧與鄉(xiāng)村振興做好接力跑的關(guān)鍵時期，增強(qiáng)鄉(xiāng)村造血能力以提高其發(fā)展?jié)撃艹蔀槭滓?。而在河南省農(nóng)村仍存在大量的“兩后生”，成為農(nóng)村發(fā)展的限制因素。為進(jìn)一步提高農(nóng)村人力資源利用，推動鄉(xiāng)村振興，基于河南省農(nóng)村“兩后生”職業(yè)培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀的分析，指出當(dāng)前所面臨的問題，并提出相應(yīng)的對策。

Abstract： In the critical period of overall poverty alleviation and rural revitalization to do a good job in the relay run， to enhance the ability of rural hematopoiesis to improve its development potential has become the first and foremost policy. However， there are still a large number of "two undergraduates" in the rural areas of Henan Province， which has become a limiting factor for rural development. In order to further improve the utilization of rural human resources and promote rural revitalization， based on the analysis of the status quo of vocational training of rural "two undergraduates" in Henan Province， this paper points out the current problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.

“兩后生”的職業(yè)發(fā)展不僅影響到個人，也關(guān)系地方社會的和諧發(fā)展，只有保證“兩后生”健康成長，使“兩后生”獲得一份穩(wěn)定工作，投入到社會建設(shè)之中，才能充分貫徹鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略，促使地方社會建設(shè)穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)。（剩余6415字）
