內(nèi)蒙古草原生態(tài)補償政策執(zhí)行影響因素分析

——以通遼市為例

摘  要：該文以內(nèi)蒙古通遼市為調(diào)研對象，通過分析草原生態(tài)補償政策在通遼市實施情況，分析影響草原生態(tài)補償政策實施效果的因素，以此提出優(yōu)化草原生態(tài)補償政策的建議，以更有效地落實草原生態(tài)補償政策，確保草原生態(tài)環(huán)境的良好恢復和自然資源的可持續(xù)利用，實現(xiàn)牧民收入增長的目標。

Abstract： Taking Tongliao City， Inner Mongolia as the investigation object， this paper analyzes the factors that affect the implementation effect of grassland ecological compensation policy by analyzing the implementation of grassland ecological compensation policy in Tongliao City， and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing grassland ecological compensation policy， in order to more effectively implement the grassland ecological compensation policy， ensure the good recovery of grassland ecological environment and sustainable utilization of natural resources， and achieve the goal of income growth of herdsmen.

草原生態(tài)補償政策屬于我國最為主要的生態(tài)政策之一，由于該政策基本是在少數(shù)民族區(qū)域開展落實的，也相當于是一類民族政策制度。（剩余5925字）
