實驗室如何應(yīng)對遠程評審

摘 要：《檢驗檢測機構(gòu)資質(zhì)認定管理辦法》規(guī)定了技術(shù)評審的方式，包括書面審查、現(xiàn)場評審或遠程評審，其中遠程評審是現(xiàn)場評審的重要補充方式，在評審活動中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。本文對遠程評審前期需要準備的工作和評審實施階段需要注意的問題進行了簡要闡述，以確保實驗室的評審能夠有效進行。

How to Deal with Remote Reviews in Laboratories

Abstract： The Measures for the Administration of Qualifi cation Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions stipulates that the methods of technical review include written examination， on-site review or remote review， of which remote review is an important supplement to on-site review and plays an important role in review activities. This paper briefl y describes the preparation work that is needed in the early stage of remote review and the problems that need to be paid attention to in the implementation stage of the review， in order to ensure the effective review of laboratories.

0 引 言

隨著我國“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”戰(zhàn)略的持續(xù)推進，以及近年來信息和通信技術(shù)（簡稱ICT技術(shù)）的突破性發(fā)展，實驗室的遠程評審方式應(yīng)運而生（遠程評審即使用信息和通信技術(shù)對實驗室的物理或虛擬場所進行的評審，是全部或部分在實驗室實際場所以外任何地點獲得客觀證據(jù)形成評審發(fā)現(xiàn)，以確定滿足評審要求程度所進行的系統(tǒng)的、獨立的，并形成文件的過程[1]）。（剩余3705字）
