摘 要：為推動《制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化成熟度評價通用規(guī)范》系列團體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的理解和應(yīng)用，本文通過對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定背景、主要內(nèi)容、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、應(yīng)用效果等方面的介紹，全面展示了系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的科學(xué)性和實用性。經(jīng)過對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的詳細解讀和剖析，結(jié)果表明，相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的應(yīng)用對創(chuàng)新成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化落地有積極作用。

Abstract： In order to promote the understanding and application of the association standards series， specification for industrialization readiness assessment of manufacturing innovation achievements， this paper comprehensively demonstrates the scientifi c and practical nature of the standards series by introducing the development background， main content， technical indicators， and application effects of the standards. After a detailed interpretation and analysis of the standards， the result indicates that the application of relevant standards has a positive effect on the industrialization of innovative achievements..

工業(yè)和信息化部于2021年答復(fù)政協(xié)第十三屆全國委員會第四次會議提案時指出，要“編制出臺《制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化試點實施方案》，構(gòu)建制造業(yè)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化工作體系；依托產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)平臺項目，支持北京、江蘇、浙江、重慶、深圳等地開展制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化試點，支持產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)探索建設(shè)創(chuàng)新成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化中心，支持建設(shè)跨地區(qū)、跨行業(yè)的綜合信息和咨詢服務(wù)平臺。（剩余5237字）
