南京市地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立項(xiàng)情況淺析

——近三年的實(shí)踐與思考

摘 要：地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是地方經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的重要支撐。南京市地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為設(shè)區(qū)市地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，自2020年開(kāi)始制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的立項(xiàng)數(shù)大幅增加。本文從總體情況、提出單位、第一起草單位和涉及領(lǐng)域四個(gè)方面對(duì)比分析了近三年立項(xiàng)的南京市地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)情況，為接下來(lái)南京市地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工作開(kāi)展提供了參考依據(jù)。

Brief Analysis on Approval of Local Standards in Nanjing

—Practice and Thought in Recent Three Years

Abstract： Local standards are an important support for the high-quality development of local economy and society. In Nanjing， a city divided into districts， the number of approved projects of local standards have been through a signifi cant increase since 2020. This paper compares and analyzes Nanjing local standards that were approved in the past three years from four aspects： general information， proposing entity， fi rst drafting entity and involved area， which provides a reference for the future work on Nanjing local standards.

根據(jù)2018年新修訂的《中華人民共和國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化法》第二條規(guī)定，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。（剩余6693字）
