摘 要：文章以遵義師范學(xué)院為例，在推動(dòng)落實(shí)中把辦學(xué)治校融入地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要進(jìn)行探索，主要表現(xiàn)在聚焦人才培養(yǎng)、教育教學(xué)、科學(xué)研究、文化傳承與創(chuàng)新、服務(wù)地方等方面，積極發(fā)揮作用，助力落實(shí)《關(guān)于支持貴州在新時(shí)代西部大開發(fā)上闖新路的意見》各項(xiàng)決策部署，為貴州高質(zhì)量發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)人力、智力和方案。

Abstract： Taking Zunyi Normal University as an example， this article explores the integration of school management into the needs of local economic and social development in promoting implementation. It mainly focuses on talent cultivation， education and teaching， scientific research， cultural inheritance and innovation， and serving the local community. It actively plays a role in helping to implement the decision-making arrangements of The Opinions on Supporting Guizhou to Explore New Paths in the Western Development of the New Era， and contributes manpower， intelligence， and solutions to the high-quality development and modernization construction of Guizhou.

2022年1月26日，國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于支持貴州在新時(shí)代西部大開發(fā)上闖新路的意見》（國(guó)發(fā)〔2022〕2號(hào)）（以下簡(jiǎn)稱新國(guó)發(fā)2號(hào)文件），從建設(shè)西部大開發(fā)綜合改革示范區(qū)、全面推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村振興和新型城鎮(zhèn)化、推動(dòng)內(nèi)陸開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)試驗(yàn)區(qū)建設(shè)提檔升級(jí)、加快構(gòu)建以數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)為引領(lǐng)的現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系、持之以恒推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)、提高保障和改善民生水平、強(qiáng)化重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域安全保障和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范7個(gè)方面給予了政策支持，推動(dòng)貴州到2035年與全國(guó)同步基本實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化。（剩余6461字）
