【Abstract】Inorder tooptimize theunderbody flow fieldof vehicleefficientlyandreduce aerodynamicdrag,this paper takesaelectricvehicleastheresearchoject,andproposesamultivariatejoint globalotimizationmethod.Firstly,osidering the influenceofRPRfixturess,the methodwhichcombines CFD simulationandwind tunneltest isapplied toverify the efectivenessoftheinitialoptimizationschemeandthereliabilityoftheanalysismethod;Then,basedonDOE,surogatemodel and ASAalgorithm,twooptimizationschemes areused toreduceaerodynamicdrag:optimizationoffrontwheeldeflector,and jointoptimizationoffrontandrearwheeldeflector.Finalywindtunneltestsareconductedforverification.Thetestesults showthat,multivariateoptimizationoffrontwheeldeflectorhasthebestdragreductionefect,thedragcoeficientoftheoptimal scheme is reduced by 5.5% compared to the original model.
