Abstract:To investigate the impactof cryopreservation conditionson the detection of antibodiesagainst Salmonella pullorum and the feasibility of using residual plasma after avian leukosis detection for pulorum disease detection,this study selected386O three-yellowchickens for pullorum disease testing inbatches.Thedetection results using diferent anticoagulants,cryopreserved blood samples,serum,and residual plasma were compared with the standard on-site whole blood plateagglutination detection.The results showed that the positive detection rates of
lithiumheparinanticoagulated blood,ethylenediaminetetraaceticacid dipotassumsalt(EDTAdipotassumsalt, EDTA-2K)anticoagulated bloodand residual plasma were highlyconsistent with theon-site whole blood plate agglutinationdetectionresults.The positive individuals detectedbytheon-sitewhole blood plateagglutination method could becompletelydetected inboth cryopreservedandnon-cryopreservedserumand residual plasma samples.The positive detectionrateofserumsamples was slightlyhigher thanthestandard method,andshort-termcryopreservation had no significantadverse effctonthedetectionresults.Inaddition,theactualapplication efectof using residual plasma for pullorum purification was evident.

雞白痢沙門氏菌(SalmonellaPullorum,S.Pullorum)是一種嚴(yán)重危害家禽健康的病原菌,對(duì)雞群危害較大,受感染的雛雞急性發(fā)病后死亡率較高,即使雞群耐受后,其生長(zhǎng)也受到影響,給養(yǎng)殖業(yè)帶來嚴(yán)重經(jīng)濟(jì)損失[1]。(剩余8005字)
