Abstract：Embryonic stemcells（ESCs）are embryonic stemcelswith self-renewal andunlimited diferentiation potential，，andtheycan theoreticallydiffrentiateinto germcells.Atpresent，thedifferentiationofESCs into mature sperm and oocytes has been reported in both human and mouse in vitro.In this paper，the endogenous and exogenous factorsandmethodsof inducingESCstodifferentiate into germcells invitroweresystematicallsummarized，and the latest research progress，prospectandapplication prospect of inducing embryonic stemcells to diferentiate into germ cells both domesticallyand internationallywere reviewed，hoping to provide references for researchers engaged in related research.
