Abstract:Inorder toexplore the influenceof diferent materialsontheperformanceofautomobilesteering wheel skeletons,optimize steering whel lightweight designand Noise,Vibrationand Harshness (NVH) performance,this paper systematicallyanalyzes the appication of materialssuch assteel,aluminumalloy,magnesium alloy,Carbon FiberReinforced(CFRP)in automobile steering whee skeletons,comparesadvantagesand disadvantagesof those materials intermof performance.Inadition,finiteelementsimulation technology isadopted toanalyzethe influence of diferent materialson steering wheel skeleton modal frequency.Theresearchresults indicate that CFRPfeatures he highest modal frequency,followed bymagnesiumalloyandaluminumalloy,steelhasthe lowest modal frequency. Finauy,combined with vehicle types andusage scenarios,diferential suggestions on material selectionare proposed.

在全球“雙碳”目標(biāo)與嚴(yán)苛燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性法規(guī)驅(qū)動(dòng)下,節(jié)能減排成為汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)革新的核心方向,輕量化設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)減輕整車質(zhì)量減少能耗與排放量,是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的主要方向,同時(shí),材料的合理應(yīng)用是平衡輕量化與車輛優(yōu)良綜合性能的關(guān)鍵。(剩余3873字)
