Abstract:Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)is an important means of metalization of plastic surface.This paper summarizes the concept and characteristics of PVD technology such as evaporative plating,sputtering plating and ion plating.Italso elaborates productionprocessof evaporationand sputering plating,andcompares theadvantagesand disadvantages with thoseof plastic plating.Moreover,theapplicationof PVD technology inautomotive interior partsand related testand verification projects are introducedandthedevelopment trendof PVD is summarizedand prospected.

1前言
物理氣相沉積(PhysicalVaporDeposition,PVD)技術(shù)也稱PVD鍍膜技術(shù),在20世紀(jì)70年代面世,作為高性能保護(hù)涂層應(yīng)用在各類硬質(zhì)合金刀具表面,隨著工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、消費(fèi)水平的不斷提高,PVD技術(shù)的應(yīng)用范圍從刀具領(lǐng)域逐步擴(kuò)大到電子、光學(xué)、醫(yī)療、汽車模具及零部件領(lǐng)域[-3]。(剩余6549字)
