Research on the Heat and Gas Production Performance of Large Capacity Lithium-Ion Batteries after Thermal Runaway

Abstract：Thisstudy takes4O A·h square-shaped ternary lithium-ion bateryas the research object to study their gasgeneration characteristicsafter thermalrunaway，anduses Accelerating Rate Calorimeter （ARC）and thermal runwaygasgeneration performancetestequipmentdedicatedfor large capacitylithium-ionbatteries todetermine parameters like intensityof pressure and temperatures inside theheat&gas generationunit after thermal runway.Gas productionprocessisintroduced based on thewidelyused thermal runawayheat generation model，providing data support for theestablishmentof batery thermal runwaysimulation model with composite gas generation characteristics.

1前言

當(dāng)前，加速絕熱量熱儀（AcceleratedAdiabaticCalorimeter，ARC）廣泛用于測試鋰離子電池?zé)崾Э剡^程中的自產(chǎn)熱溫度、熱失控溫度、最高溫度等數(shù)據(jù)，測試數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入鋰離子電池的熱失控仿真模型可用于模型標(biāo)定和參數(shù)微調(diào)，以獲得與實(shí)際測試更加接近的仿真結(jié)果。（剩余6810字）
