Abstract:Inorder to reduce the influence of temperature field,welding residual stres,human factor,etc.on weldingqualityofstructural welded parts,firstly,athree-dimensional modelofstructural welded partsisestablishedto simulateandanalysewelding temperature field,welding residual stressand welding deformation,subsequently,the influenceofclamping condition,heatsourcepatternandwelding parametersof structural welded partsonwelding deformationandweldingresidualstressisinvestigated,simulationandtestresultsarecompared,thusidentifyingecause of welding deformation and modification method.Finally,welding sequence and welding direction are usedas design variablesfor welding sequenceoptimization with genetic algorithm,in which the least welding deformation sequence is obtained bysimulation with the least welding residual deformation asoptimization objective.On the basis ofoptimizing welding sequence,the clamping position,reversedeformation design methodare simulatedand optimized respectively, therebyobtaining the process design scheme and the optimal forming accuracy with the least welding deformation.
