Abstract：To reduce production investment，this paper makes feasibilityanalysis of co-line welding production forheavy-duty trucksand pickupBIW from 4aspects： platform compatibility （sharing similar modulararchitectures）， processadaptability（employing compatible welding and gluing techniques），production line flexibility （utilizing highly adaptable robotic systems），and logistics management （leveraging diversified efficient logistics）一 -all demonstrating strong viability for the co-production approach.
