Abstract:To reduce production investment,this paper makes feasibilityanalysis of co-line welding production forheavy-duty trucksand pickupBIW from 4aspects: platform compatibility (sharing similar modulararchitectures), processadaptability(employing compatible welding and gluing techniques),production line flexibility (utilizing highly adaptable robotic systems),and logistics management (leveraging diversified efficient logistics)一 -all demonstrating strong viability for the co-production approach.
