論新時代計算機軟件工程管理創(chuàng)新途徑

摘要：信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展有賴于計算機軟件、硬件的支持，計算機軟件工程在各個領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用滲透，使社會中各領(lǐng)域、各企業(yè)之間的交互越發(fā)頻繁，這實現(xiàn)了社會的融合發(fā)展目標，為科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供了有利平臺。在新時代背景下，計算機軟件工程管理也應(yīng)應(yīng)時代需求不斷創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，以此來實現(xiàn)科技強國戰(zhàn)略目標。

Abstract： The development of information technology has realized the interconnection and commonality of all things. The development of information technology depends on the support of computer software and hardware. The application of computer software engineering in various fields has made the interaction between various fields and enterprises in society more frequent， which has achieved the goal of integrated development of society and provided a favorable platform for the development of scientific and technological innovation. Under the background of the new era， computer software engineering management should also continue to innovate and develop in response to the needs of the times， so as to achieve the strategic goal of strengthening the country with science and technology.
