基于紅外掃描裝置的轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)煤量監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)研究

摘要:文章從紅外掃描裝置的原理進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合井下轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)煤量負(fù)荷計(jì)算的需求,對(duì)中煤裝備研究研發(fā)的紅外線煤量掃描裝置進(jìn)行分析研究,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)該設(shè)備的基本原理、計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合對(duì)中煤華晉集團(tuán)王家?guī)X煤礦的轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)煤量掃描裝置井下實(shí)際使用情況進(jìn)行全方面介紹。

Research on Infrared Scanning Technology of Coal Transfer Machine*

Abstract: This paper analyzes the principle of infrared scanning device, combined with the demand of coal load calculation of underground transfer machine, analyzes and studies the infrared coal scanning device researched and developed by China coal equipment, focuses on the basic principle and calculation method of the device, and introduces the actual underground use of the coal scanning device of transfer machine in Wangjialing coal mine of China Coal Huajin Group.
