無人值守智能稱重交叉驗證技術

摘要:采用斜率監(jiān)測技術、最大熵方法和最小二乘方法對無人值守地磅系統的數據進行估計和測算復核,用測定的測量結果與實際稱重數據進行核對碰撞和交叉驗證及風險評估,做到及時預警,用DGPS和流程驗證技術進行閉環(huán)核放,防止稱重過程中的數據作假和舞弊現象。

Cross Verification Technology of Unattended Intelligent Weighing

Abstract: Slope monitoring technology, maximum entropy method and least square method are used to estimate and calculate the data of unattended weighbridge system. The measured measurement results are checked with the actual weighing data for collision, cross verification and risk assessment, so as to achieve timely early warning. DGPS and process verification technology are used for closed-loop release to prevent data fraud and fraud in the weighing process.

近年來,隨著我國經濟的高速發(fā)展,倉儲物流行業(yè)也迅速崛起,許多企業(yè)都建設了無人值守稱重管理系統,該系統能對電子磅進行科學有效的管理,同時減少了人員的勞動強度,提高了工作效率。(剩余2877字)
