基于ITIL架構(gòu)的IT運(yùn)維服務(wù)在企業(yè)管理中的應(yīng)用

摘要:文章通過基于ITIL的運(yùn)維管理體系基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)理念,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)對(duì)IT問題事件的有效管理,對(duì)于IT運(yùn)維人員的責(zé)任心和工作量起到統(tǒng)計(jì)作用。變被動(dòng)為主動(dòng)的工作方式、降低運(yùn)維成本,提高了IT人員的工作效率,使得各企業(yè)在IT的服務(wù)中得到一個(gè)新的提升。

Application of it Operation and Maintenance Service Based on ITIL Architecture in Enterprise Management

Abstract: This paper will realize the enterprise's management of it problems and events, the whole process monitoring of the treatment of problems, the problem-solving process, the methods adopted and the results of solutions, and play a statistical role in supervising the responsibility and workload of it operation and maintenance personnel. Change the passive to active working mode, reduce the operation and maintenance cost, improve the work efficiency of IT personnel, and make enterprises get a new improvement in IT services.

目前,國內(nèi)大多數(shù)企業(yè)的IT系統(tǒng)在建設(shè)初期并未對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整體長期規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì),信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)展建設(shè)也僅僅是為滿足企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)不斷增長的需要,一般都是單純通過擴(kuò)大企業(yè)IT系統(tǒng)規(guī)模、增加設(shè)備、擴(kuò)容應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)等對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行支撐和保障。(剩余4626字)
