摘要：融合通信技術(shù)可有效整合各種警用通信系統(tǒng)，提高公安指揮調(diào)度效率。文章主要介紹了融合通信系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)功能，描述了每種通信系統(tǒng)接入融合通信平臺(tái)的技術(shù)方案，并說(shuō)明了系統(tǒng)的使用場(chǎng)景。

Design and Implementation of Converged Communication System

Abstract： Converged communication technology can effectively integrate various police communication systems， and improve the efficiency of public security command and dispatch. This paper mainly introduces the overall architecture and system functions of the converged communication system， describes the technical solutions for each communication system to access the converged communication platform， and describes the usage scenarios of the system.
