軟交換技術在衛(wèi)星通信IP業(yè)務中的應用

摘要：IP業(yè)務終端良好的發(fā)展趨勢為衛(wèi)星通信系統(tǒng)發(fā)展奠定了基礎，在以衛(wèi)星IP網(wǎng)絡為基礎的衛(wèi)星應急通信系統(tǒng)中，電話軟交換技術將模擬語音、IP語音以及傳統(tǒng)的PSTN語音互聯(lián)互通，使衛(wèi)星應急語音通信IP化和無線化。文章對軟交換技術在衛(wèi)星IP網(wǎng)絡中的應用進行探討，促進衛(wèi)星通信話音業(yè)務的能力提升。

Application of Soft Switch Technology in Satellite IP Network

Abstract： The good development trend of IP service terminal has laid a powerful foundation for the development of satellite communication system. In the satellite emergency communication system based on the satellite IP network， the telephone soft switch technology makes the satellite narrowband voice， VoIP voice and traditional PSTN voice communicate， which makes the satellite emergency voice communication IP and wireless. This paper discusses the application of softswitch technology in satellite IP network to promote the  capability of satellite communication voice service.

1  研究背景

在目前的衛(wèi)星通信應急系統(tǒng)中，通常有模擬語音、IP語音及傳統(tǒng)的PSTN有線語音，相對而言，由于各系統(tǒng)語音編解碼方式不相同、傳輸速率不相同，呼叫的接續(xù)流程獨立。（剩余3824字）
