【AbstractThyroid-associatedophthalmopathy（TAO）isaprogresiveeyediseasecharacterizedbyimmunemediatedinflaation ofthextraocularmusclesandrbitalcoectivetisue.TAOtends tohavecomplexanddiversesymptomsandsigns，withthefeatures ofdiversityandconcealment，whichserouslyafcttequalityoflifeofpatients.epathogenesisofTOisloselyassociatedwith thyroid autoimmunity.This article reviewsthepathogenesis，clinical features，and treatmentof TAO.
