【AbstractAlzheimer’sdisease（AD）isaneurodegenerativediseasewithhighlyheterogeneouspathologicalandclinicalmanifestations，anditisotomoncusefmtia.iserogeniyossalgesforagnosis，eament，ndvaatingoel pharmacological eficacy.Thisreviewsummarizes thelatestprogressinthemajorclinicalsubtypesofADbasedonclinicalmanifestations，genetic，andpathologicalfeatures.Earlyonsetandlate-onsetADclinicalsubtypesmaysharethesamesymptomsbutiferin etiology，ageetdefesersiatedoicaldal cantly inclinicalmanifestations，athologicalfatures，nddagnosticiteria.ResearchonADsubtypesbasedonimagingandoics datahasalsomadeconsiderableproges.ThisreviealsooutliesthemoleularpathologicalheterogeneityofAD.Adeepunderstandingofthesehterogeiisisucialfoiagois，toulatioofpaclogicalratentsategisndlicalt.
