【AbstractTraumaticspinalcordinjuryandbladderinjuryarebothcommonsurgicalinjuries.Metabolomicssudiesarethequalitative andquantitativeanalysisofallmetabolitesinaspecificpartoftheorgaismandthescienceoftechanginglawsofthesemtaboits underexternalinfluencsordseaseconditions.Thetechnologyismailytoanalyzthemetabolitesinbodyfuids,els,ndissus, andhasbecomeoneof theimportantmeansfordiscoveringbiomarkers.Thepsyhopathologyofspinalcordinjuryisverycomplex. Bloodmetabolomicsalowsdiferentialanalysisofthesubstancesinblodandhasgreatvalueforexploringthediseaseproesand mechanism.
