Abstract Ensuring blood supply and quality is a crucial aspect of blood collection and supply work.The blood supply-demand imbalance during theoff一season for blood colection is acommon challenge faced by blood collectionand supplyinstitutions nationwide.To guaranteetheclinical blood supply during theoff-peak season in winter，the Chengdu BloodCenter innovateditsorganizational formby establishing atask forcecomprising compound talents.Through the establishmentofacross一departmental coordination mechanism，the task force fuly leveraged thecapabilitiesof compound talents，thereby enhancing blood supply security.Inthe future，itis necessary tocontinuously improve the selection，training，evaluation，jobrotation，andincentive mechanisms forcompound talents，and strengthen theconstruction of emergency blood supply safeguard mechanism.

一 工作專班的建立

近年來，我國血液保障能力持續(xù)提升，血液供應(yīng)基本能夠滿足臨床需求，但隨著我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)體系高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、醫(yī)療需求持續(xù)釋放和人均預(yù)期壽命逐漸延長，醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的臨床用血需求不斷增加[1]。（剩余4263字）
