Abstract Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital actively responds to the policy requirements outlined in the "National Nursing Development Plan （2021-2O25）" and the "Action Plan for Further Improving Nursing Services 2025）" by implementing the "Internet + Nursing Service" practice based on the SPO model. In the structural dimension，athree-level management framework is established，service items are clearlydefined，nursequalificationsare strictly reviewed，andastableserviceframework is established.Intheprocessdimension，a multi-departmentcolabo rative support systemis established，aninformation platform forintra一andextra-hospitalcollborationis built，service recipients are rigorously screened and assessed，and home nursing services are provided ina standardized manner.In the outcome dimension，a diversified evaluation mechanismis established topromote continuous optimizationof the model，providing reference experience for medical institutions to carry out "Internet + Nursing Service".
