Abstract From the perspectives of total quality management and informatization，based on the PDCA cycle and the accreditation standards for tertiary hospitals，an information system has ben constructed，which supports both the total quality management system （P，D，A） and the check （C） system. This system covers five major functions： document management，meting management，indicator management，accreditation management，andquality improvement. Through practical application，it has achieved information一based quality control for totalqualitymanagement at both the hospitaland department levels，as wellas across the thre layers of "decision-making，control，and execution". This system closely combines daily management with periodic accreditation，and basic quality control with key quality control，enablingclosed一loopcontrolof quality management within the medical groupand enhancing the eficiencyof quality management.
