Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application effects of a virtual digital human combined with a mobile intelligent blood collction system.MethodsA totalof 104 patients with moderate-to一severe psoriasis vulgaris admitted to thedermatology wardofa specialized hospitalin Shanghaifrom February to August 2024 were selectedas study subjects.Fifty-two patients from Wardl served as thecontrol group，and 52 patients from Ward 2served as the experimental group.Thecontrol group received a mobileintellgent blood collection system combined with verbal health education deliveredbythe responsible nurse，while the experimental groupreceiveda mobile intelligent blood collectionsystem combined with health education delivered bya virtual digital human.Additionally，the virtual digital human wasused for system usage training for nurses.The knowledge mastery rate of venous blood collection，patient satisfaction，and the time spent on health education by nurses were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe experimental group showed higher knowledge mastery rate of venous blood collection and patient satisfaction compared to the control group， and the time spent on health education by nurses was shorter in the experimental group （all P<0 . 0 5 ）. The time for nurses to become proficient insystem usage was reduced to 5 days.ConclusionThe aplication ofa virtual digital human combined with a mobile intellgent bloodcolletion system can improve patients'knowledge masteryrateof venous blood collction and satisfaction，reduce the time spent on health education by nurses，alleviate the burden of nurse training， and enhance the patient medical experience.
