《預(yù)防 ICU 成人患者壓力性損傷過程質(zhì)控工具包》護(hù)理措施解讀

【摘要】《預(yù)防 ICU 成人患者壓力性損傷過程質(zhì)控工具包》包括保持皮膚干爽、實(shí)施體位管理、正確使用合適的減壓工具、預(yù)防器械相關(guān)性壓力性損傷、加強(qiáng)營養(yǎng)支持、交接重點(diǎn)等6項(xiàng)共22條具體措施。從臨床實(shí)踐需求出發(fā)，闡述22條具體措施推薦理由和應(yīng)用注意事項(xiàng)，引導(dǎo)ICU護(hù)理人員有效落實(shí)壓力性損傷預(yù)防措施。

AbstractThe "Quality Control Toolkit for Preventing Pressure Injuries in Adult Patients in ICU" includes 6 items of 22 specific measures， including maintaining dry skin， implementing position management， correctly using appropriate decompression tools， preventing device-related pressure injury， strengthening nutritional support， and handover focus. Based on the needs of clinical practice， this paper expounds the reasons for recommending 22 specific measures and the matters needing attention in application， and guides ICU nurses to effectively implement the preventive measures of pressure injury.
