組織創(chuàng)新理論視角下醫(yī)康融合推動路徑的探索與思考

【摘要】本研究在調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上，將國內(nèi)已開展醫(yī)康融合探索的醫(yī)療機構(gòu)歸納為醫(yī)院主導(dǎo)型、康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)科主導(dǎo)型、臨床科室主導(dǎo)型和混合型四種類型。以組織創(chuàng)新理論為指導(dǎo)，分別從發(fā)展規(guī)劃、組織架構(gòu)、理念轉(zhuǎn)變、資源配置、制度流程、人才培訓(xùn)、臨床路徑、質(zhì)量控制、績效激勵、信息保障等十個方面思考醫(yī)康融合的推動路徑。

AbstractOn the basis of investigation， this study classifies the medical institutions that have implemented  the exploration of medicalc integration in China into four types ： hospital-led， rehabilitation medicine-led， clinical department-led and mixed. Guided by the theory of organizational innovation， the promotion path of medical-rehabilitation integration is considered from ten aspects ： development planning， organizational structure， concept transformation， resource allocation， system process， talent training， clinical path， quality control， performance incentive and information guarantee.
