醫(yī)康融合助力醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展：以上海市第七人民醫(yī)院為例

【摘要】醫(yī)康融合是醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的必由之路。以上海市第七人民醫(yī)院為例，闡述了醫(yī)康融合模式發(fā)展歷程、核心運(yùn)行機(jī)制以及其在內(nèi)涵建設(shè)上實(shí)現(xiàn)的四大關(guān)鍵融合：隊(duì)伍融合、全病程融合、中西融合、醫(yī)產(chǎn)學(xué)研融合，并闡述了該模式所取得的成效。

AbstractMedical-Rehabilitation Integration is the only way for the high-quality development of hospitals. Taking Shanghai Seventh People 's Hospital as an example， this paper expounds the development process and core operation mechanism of the medical-rehabilitation integration mode， as well as the four key integrations achieved in its connotative development： team integration， whole-course integration， the fusion of Chinese and western， and the integration of medicine-industry-university-research.Furthermore， it elaborates on the achievements and effectiveness of this mode.
