國(guó)家區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心建設(shè)背景下流動(dòng)黨員管理現(xiàn)狀及管理模式探討

【摘要】總結(jié)國(guó)家區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心建設(shè)過(guò)程中流動(dòng)黨員教育和管理的難點(diǎn)與現(xiàn)狀，通過(guò)借鑒目前比較成熟的高校和國(guó)有企業(yè)流動(dòng)黨員管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并結(jié)合案例醫(yī)院成立流動(dòng)黨員黨支部的具體做法，探索國(guó)家區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心流動(dòng)黨員的管理模式和管理機(jī)制，即確立組織架構(gòu)、健全組織機(jī)制、創(chuàng)新管理模式、建立考核機(jī)制、注重品牌建設(shè)等。

AbstractThis paper summarized the difficulties and current situation of the education and management of mobile Party member in the construction of national regional medical center. By drawing on the experience of the management of mobile Party member in relatively mature universities and state-owned enterprises， and combining with the specific practices of establishing mobile Party members' Party branches in case hospitals， this paper explored the management mode and mechanism of mobile Party member in national regional medical center， including setting up an organizational structure， improving the organizational mechanism， innovating the management mode， establishing an assessment mechanism， and paying attention to brand building.
