中國(guó)茶飲創(chuàng)新發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)與啟示

摘要：我國(guó)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)型期，亟需通過創(chuàng)新實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略性突破。文章深入剖析了我國(guó)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的時(shí)代背景，重點(diǎn)探討了以瓶裝即飲茶和新式調(diào)飲為代表的茶飲產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì)，揭示了茶飲產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的時(shí)代意義與內(nèi)在啟示，為未來我國(guó)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的高質(zhì)量創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供了重要參考。

Abstract： China's tea industry is in a critical transition period with both opportunities and challenges， and is in urgent need of a strategic breakthrough through innovation. The article analyzed the background of China's tea industry， focused on the current situation and innovative development trend of tea beverage industry represented by bottled ready-to-drink tea and new-style beverages， revealed the significance of the era of innovative development of the tea beverage industry， and provided an important reference for the future high-quality innovative development of China's tea industry.
