【摘 要】目的 探討家屬參與模式對乳腺癌患者圍術(shù)期并發(fā)癥及乳房美觀性的影響。方法 選擇2022年1月-10月于南京市婦幼保健院行乳腺癌手術(shù)的患者68例，隨機分成對照組和觀察組，每組34例。對照組行常規(guī)護理，觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上增加了家屬參與模式，比較兩組乳房美觀評分、家庭關(guān)懷度、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 觀察組乳頭移位、瘢痕增生、乳房凹陷程度評分均優(yōu)于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

Effect of Family Participation Mode on Perioperative Complications and Breast Aesthetics in Patients with Breast Cancer

【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of family participation mode on perioperative complications and breast aesthetics in patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent breast cancer surgery in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 34 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group increased the family participation model on the basis of the control group. The breast beauty score， family care and complication rate were compared between the two groups.
