全面護(hù)理干預(yù)在小兒蕁麻疹中的應(yīng)用效果

【摘 要】目的 探討全面護(hù)理干預(yù)在小兒蕁麻疹中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選擇我院2021年3月-2023年3月收治的34例蕁麻疹患兒為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組17例。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予全面護(hù)理干預(yù)，比較兩組護(hù)理效果、時(shí)間指標(biāo)及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組護(hù)理總有效率為100.00%，高于對(duì)照組的76.47%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Children with Urticaria

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with urticaria. Methods A total of 34 children with urticaria admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into control group and observation group， with 17 children in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect， time index and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. 蕁麻疹（urticaria）屬于兒科常見皮膚疾病，也是一類慢性變態(tài)反應(yīng)性疾病，其臨床特點(diǎn)較多，比如發(fā)病快、反復(fù)發(fā)作、滲透性高等，且患兒會(huì)出現(xiàn)皮膚紅腫、瘙癢等癥狀，增加了患兒的痛苦，影響其正常的學(xué)習(xí)、睡眠，造成其生活質(zhì)量不佳[1]。（剩余5916字）
