【摘 要】目的 探討Z皮瓣成形術(shù)矯正內(nèi)眥贅皮的臨床效果。方法 選取我院2022年1月-12月收治的56例內(nèi)眥贅皮患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，各28例。兩組均實(shí)施重瞼術(shù)，同期分別聯(lián)合不同的皮瓣成形術(shù)，對(duì)照組行Y-V皮瓣成形術(shù)，觀察組行Z皮瓣成形術(shù)，比較兩組臨床效果、切口瘢痕增生情況、患者滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組手術(shù)優(yōu)良率為100.00%，高于對(duì)照組的71.43%（P

Clinical Effect of Z-flap Plasty in Correction of Epicanthus

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of Z-flap plasty in correction of epicanthus. Methods A total of 56 patients with epicanthus admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 28 patients in each group. Double eyelid surgery was performed in both groups， and different flap plasty was combined in the same period. The control group was performed with Y-V flap plasty， and the observation group was performed with Z-flap plasty. The clinical effects， incision scar hyperplasia and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of operation in the observation group was 100.00%， which was higher than 71.43% in the control group（P
