個體化減張整形術(shù)治療鼻中隔偏曲的臨床效果

【摘 要】目的 探討個體化減張整形術(shù)治療鼻中隔偏曲患者的臨床效果。方法 選取我院2020年10月-2022年9月收治的69例鼻中隔偏曲患者為研究對象，均采取個體化減張整形術(shù)治療，觀察臨床療效、手術(shù)指標、鼻阻力情況、術(shù)后整形美觀滿意度及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 69例患者臨床治療總有效率為97.10%；手術(shù)時間（35.32±10.21）min，術(shù)中出血量（61.36±4.28）ml，鼻通氣時間（3.85±2.82）d，術(shù)后1、3 d疼痛評分為（4.67±0.39）分、（3.12±0.18）分，住院時間（7.38±1.42）d；患者術(shù)后NCV為（7.25±1.45）cm3，高于術(shù)前的（4.18±1.09）cm3，NAR為（0.32±0.07）kPas？L-1，低于術(shù)前的（1.22±0.38）kPas·L-1（P

Clinical Effect of Individualized Tension Reduction Plastic Surgery in the Treatment of Nasal Septal Deviation

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized tension reduction plastic surgery in the treatment of nasal septal deviation. Methods A total of 69 patients with nasal septal deviation admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with individualized tension reduction and plastic surgery. The clinical efficacy， surgical indicators， nasal resistance， postoperative cosmetic satisfaction and complications were observed. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in 69 patients was 97.10%. 發(fā)育過程中骨與骨間生長不均衡和軟骨發(fā)育不均衡等因素會導(dǎo)致鼻中隔結(jié)構(gòu)畸形[1]，出現(xiàn)鼻中隔偏曲（nasal septal deviation），病理形態(tài)為鼻中隔向單側(cè)或兩側(cè)偏斜，或局部突起，不僅對患者面部美觀度造成影響，而且會影響鼻腔正常生理功能和通氣功能，引發(fā)不同程度的鼻塞、分泌物增多、流鼻血、耳鳴、頭痛等一系列癥狀[2]。（剩余6257字）
