聚左旋乳酸和聚右旋乳酸可降解材料在醫(yī)療美容領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀

【摘 要】聚乳酸材料憑借其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢在美容醫(yī)學(xué)中已得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用，然而其不同異構(gòu)體由于其體內(nèi)代謝產(chǎn)物不同，在療效和安全性方面也不同。因此，本文對聚左旋乳酸和右旋乳酸材料的區(qū)別以及其在臨床中的應(yīng)用做一綜述，以期為科研和臨床工作中不同的需求提供參考依據(jù)。

Application Status of Poly-L-lactic acid and Poly-D-lactic Acid Degradable Materials in the Field of Medical Cosmetology

【Abstract】Polylactic acid materials have been more and more widely used in cosmetic medicine due to their unique advantages. However， different isomers have different efficacy and safety due to their different metabolites in vivo. Therefore， this article reviews the differences between poly-L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid materials and their clinical applications， in order to provide a reference for different needs in scientific research and clinical work.
