不銹鋼預(yù)成冠在修復(fù)兒童乳磨牙鄰面齲的臨床效果

【摘 要】目的 觀察不銹鋼預(yù)成冠在修復(fù)兒童乳磨牙鄰面齲的臨床效果。方法 選取2018年1月-2020年12月我院收治的100名兒童（150顆乳磨牙）為研究對象，隨機分為試驗組和對照組，試驗組采用不銹鋼預(yù)成冠修復(fù)，對照組采用傳統(tǒng)樹脂充填修復(fù)，比較兩組臨床療效以及修復(fù)效果。結(jié)果 兩組治療0.5年后總有效率比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），試驗組治療1、1.5、2年后總有效率高于對照組（P0.05）；試驗組修復(fù)體情況、邊緣密合性、繼發(fā)齲、磨損情況以及鄰接關(guān)系均優(yōu)于對照組（P

Clinical Effect of Prefabricated Stainless Steel Crown in the Repair of Interproximal Caries of Primary Molar in Children

【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of prefabricated stainless steel crown in the repair of interproximal caries of primary molar in children. Methods A total of 100 children （150 primary molars） admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was repaired with prefabricated stainless steel crown， while the control group was repaired with traditional resin filling. The clinical efficacy and repair effect of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after 0.5 years of treatment （P>0.05）.
