【摘 要】目的 探討美容縫合技術(shù)在面部外傷患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2021年1月-2022年6月我科收治的80例面部外傷患者為研究對象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為常規(guī)組和美容組，各40例。常規(guī)組行常規(guī)縫合，美容組行美容縫合，比較兩組縫合時(shí)間、縫合費(fèi)用、術(shù)后傷口愈合情況、瘢痕主客觀評價(jià)結(jié)果。結(jié)果美容組縫合時(shí)間、縫合費(fèi)用均高于常規(guī)組（P

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of cosmetic suture technique in patients with facial trauma. Methods A total of 80 patients with facial trauma admitted to our department from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and cosmetic group by random number table method， with 40 patients in each group. The routine group underwent routine suture， and the cosmetic group underwent cosmetic suture. 面部外傷（facial trauma）是指因外力暴擊等原因致使面部皮膚、粘膜或軟組織、骨骼等創(chuàng)傷性損傷，傷后臨床表現(xiàn)為疼痛、出血、皮膚破損、腫脹等，對于面部外傷的處理可包括局部和整體治療，局部處理主要指針對傷口消毒、清創(chuàng)、止血、縫合、止痛等，整體治療主要指預(yù)防感染等[1]。（剩余5975字）
