【摘 要】目的 探討微型種植體支抗在口腔正畸患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2020年1月-2022年1月我院收治的76例口腔正畸患者，按隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組與觀察組，各38例。對照組采用傳統(tǒng)口外弓加強支抗治療，觀察組采用微型種植體支抗治療，比較兩組牙齒矯正效果、牙周健康指標、咀嚼功能及并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果 觀察組矯正效果優(yōu)于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic patients. Methods A total of 76 orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method， 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional extraoral arch anchorage， and the observation group was treated with micro-implant anchorage.
