AbstractObjective：Tobuildaqalityevaluationsystemforthenursingofchildren withfebrileseizures（FS）andaplyittoclinical practice，iodrtoprovideaeferenceforteealizatioofqualitymaagement，moitoingndevaluationofursingforildeith FSinthedepartmentofpediatric.Methods：BuildedaframeworkforthequalityevaluationsystemofpediatricFSthroughliterature consultation，reeingadevaatiousedtheDelimetodtoompletetooudsofexpertcorrspodec，deteridtal indexsystemndapldittocliicalpracticeResults：Duringeooundsofxprtoespodece，tepositiectof experts was 100% ，and the opinion rate was 92.41% and 31.58% ，respectively; the expert authority coefficient was O.825 and 0.845， indicatingtatthvaluationiicatorsadghceptabiltndimplemeationdtrongdibiltyndfectivesseKal coordinationcoeficientinthetworoundsofexpertcorrespondencewasOO65andO.86，respectivelyThefinalformedevaluation systemofnursingaltyforcidrenwithFSicluded3fistelindicators，9scond-lvelindicatorsnd4tidlelinditor. AfterapplyingtheursiguaityvaluatosystefocdrenwitFS，teconvulsioneleftiefversubsidetiendngthftay oftheobservationgroupwereshorter thanthoseof thecontrolgroup.Theincidenceofcomplicationswaslowerthanthatofthecontrol group，and the family satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusions： TheconstructionandaplicationofthenursingqualityevaluationsystemforchildrenwithFSisconducivetoshorteningthesyptom relief time of children with FS and improving the nursing satisfaction of their families.
