AbstractObjective：Toconstructa treatmentdecision-makingaidtolforpatients withaorticstenosis.Methods：Aresearchteamwas formedtoconstructatreatmentdecision-makingaidtoolforpatientswithaortictenosisbasedontheOtawadecisionsupportframework theinteratioaltadadsforpatitdeisiomakigidtos.Atreatmentdsomakingidolforpatietsithorticeoisil beconstructedtrough literaturereview，Delphiexpertorespondence，questionnairesrveysemi-structuredinterviewnduser evaluation. Results： Two rounds of correspondence were conducted，with a 100% effective recovery rate and a O.918 authority coeficient. The Kendal's W of the two rounds were O.224 and O.244，respectively P<0.001 ）. The user evaluation results showed that thetolhadgoodacceptabilityand practicaity.Thefinal treatmentdecision-makingaidtoolforpatients withaortic stenosis included3primaryites，7scodarytes，nd5tertiaryites.Coclusios：eostructedtreatmentdcisioakingidtoolfor patients with aortic stenosis is scientific and practical.
