AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallretrieve，evaluate，andsummarizethebestevidenceforearlyidentficationandlongterm managementofakinesiophobiainpatientsaftertotalhipreplacement，andprovidethereferenceforclinicalmedicineandnursing. Methods：High-levelevidenceonearlyidentficationandmanagementofakinesiophobia inpatientsaftertotalhipreplacementwere retrievedfromdmesticandforeigndatabaseslevantguidelinewebsitesandacademicwebsites.Tesarchtieliitisfrodatabase establishmentay4.searchrsidpedetlyatedealityofthdedliaturetracteddede evidence.Results：Finalltotalof9rticleswereicuedncluding3gdelies，xprtonsensusMetaanalysis，dd controledtrils（RCTs），and1cohortstudy.Atotalof28piecesofevidencein6aspectsweresummarized：earlyidenification， multidisciplarylboratioalthucaidoitieaaltaybilieeseinaagt，di support.Conclusions：Tebestevidenceforearlidentificationandlong-termmanagementofakinesiohobia inpatientsaftertotalhip replacementcouldprovideanevidencebasedbasisforclinicalmedicalstafftoformulateakinesiophobiamanagementplan，wichis helpful to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with total hip replacement.
