Influencing factors of postoperative quality of life in patients after type A aortic dissection surgery：a systematic review

Abstract Objective：To systematically evaluate the factors influencing postoperative quality of life in Stanford type A aortic dissection（TAAD） patients and to provide a basis for the development of relevant interventions. Methods：Computerized searches were conducted for relevant literature on factors influencing postoperative quality of life in TAAD patients in the CNKI，WanFang Database，VIP，SinoMed，PubMed，the Cochrane Library，EMbase，CINAHL，ProQuest and APA PsycNET databases. They were independently screened，quality assessed and data extracted by 2 investigators，and the findings were summarised. Results：A total of 12 articles were included，including six cross-sectional studies，five cohort studies，and one case-control study. Patient factors such as age，postoperative sexual activity limitation，sleep quality，medication compliance，preoperative physical condition，exercise habits，preoperative malperfusion syndrome，postoperative post-traumatic stress disorder，postoperative transient neurological dysfunction，postoperative recovery time，as well as surgical methods and postoperative cardiac rehabilitation may affect the postoperative quality of life of TAAD patients. Among them，the relationship between age，operation mode and postoperative recovery time and postoperative quality of life in TAAD patients remained unclear. Conclusions：The available evidence suggests that the quality of life of TAAD patients after surgery is moderately low，influenced by patient factors，disease factors and treatment factors，and that some of the influencing factors are controversial and need to be further researched and investigated in the future.
