物流企業(yè)人力資源效率評(píng)價(jià)研究

摘 要：對(duì)于企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展而言，人力資源在其中扮演著重要的角色，對(duì)物流企業(yè)的人力資源效率進(jìn)行科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)，有助于促進(jìn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文基于投入產(chǎn)出角度，運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法（DEA）對(duì)S省JY物流企業(yè)人力資源效率進(jìn)行分析，并提出相關(guān)對(duì)策，以期為相關(guān)人員提供參考。

Abstract： Human resources plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises. The scientific evaluation of human resource efficiency of logistics enterprises will help promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the input-output perspective， this paper uses data envelopment analysis （DEA） to analyze the human resource efficiency of JY logistics enterprises in S Province， and puts forward relevant countermeasures to provide reference for relevant personnel.
