果樹根癌病病原菌的分類、 命名變遷及抗根癌病果樹種質的篩選

摘 要： 文章對根癌病病原菌的分類和命名變遷進行了梳理，并綜述了國內外近年來在桃、櫻桃、葡萄、扁桃、李、蘋果等果樹的抗根癌病種質的篩選情況，果樹根癌病抗性相關基因的研究，并指出抗根癌病種質資源評價過程中應注意的問題，為生產上果樹抗根癌病品種的選擇及防治策略的制定提供參考。

Pathogens and Screening of Resistant Germplasm in Fruit Tree

Abstract： In this paper， the taxonomy and nomenclature of crown gall disease pathogens were introduced. The screening of germplasm resistant to crown gall disease in peach， cherry， grape， almond， plum， apple and other fruit trees in recent years， and the research on the genes related to crown gall disease resistance were reviewed. The problems that should be paid attention to in the evaluation process of resistance germplasm were pointed out. It provides reference for the selection of resistant varieties and the formulation of control strategies to crown gall disease.
