摘 要: 在總結(jié)西府海棠育苗時間、土壤選擇與處理、種子處理、播種和發(fā)芽后管理技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對種子層積時間和溫度進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。發(fā)現(xiàn)將海棠種子置于5 ℃環(huán)境下40 d后發(fā)芽率和成苗率最高,修正了傳統(tǒng)方法中層積50~60 d的做法。

Optimization Technique of Seedling of Begonia

Abstract: On the basis of summarizing the seedling raising time, soil selection and treatment, seed treatment, sowing and post-germination management techniques, the seed stratification time and temperature were optimized. It was found that the best stratification environment is to put begonia seeds at 5 ℃ for 40 days, and the traditional method of stratification of 50 cents for 60 days was modified.
