高強度間歇訓(xùn)練對慢性心力衰竭患者的療效觀察

摘 要 目的：探討高強度間歇訓(xùn)練（HIIT）在慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：將96例CHF患者隨機分為對照組（n=48）和觀察組（n=48）。對照組給予中等強度連續(xù)運動訓(xùn)練（MICT），觀察組予以HIIT，連續(xù)干預(yù)12周。對比兩組心肌損傷指標(biāo)、心功能和生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：干預(yù)12周后，觀察組N末端腦鈉肽前體（NT-proBNP）、高敏心肌肌鈣蛋白（hs-cTn）、肌酸激酶同功酶（CK-MB）、左室收縮末期內(nèi)徑（LVESD）、左室舒張末期內(nèi)徑（LVEDD）低于對照組，左室射血分?jǐn)?shù)（LVEF）、心理功能、軀體功能、社會功能與物質(zhì)狀態(tài)評分高于對照組（均P

The efficacy of high intensity interval training on patients with chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of high intensity interval training （HIIT） in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods： Ninety-six patients with CHF were randomly divided into a control group （n=48） and an observation group （n=48）. The control group was given moderate intensity continuous exercise training （MICT） and the observation group was given HIIT， and their intervention was lasted for continuous 12 weeks. The myocardial injury index， cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results： After 12 weeks of intervention， the levels of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor （NT-proBNP）， high-sensitivity cardiac troponin （hs-cTn）， creatine kinase isoenzyme （CK-MB）， left ventricular end-systolic diameter （LVESD） and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVEDD） were lower in the observation group than the control group， and the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and the scores of psychological function， physical function， social function and material status were higher in the observation group than the control group （all P
