帕博利珠單抗致免疫性心肌炎1例報(bào)告及文獻(xiàn)回顧分析

摘 要 1例老年女性黑色素瘤患者接受帕博利珠單抗200 mg治療，21 d后發(fā)生免疫性心肌炎伴橫紋肌溶解，考慮與帕博利珠單抗治療有關(guān)。經(jīng)給予糖皮質(zhì)激素沖擊治療和對(duì)癥支持治療，患者病情逐漸好轉(zhuǎn)并出院。

A case report and literature review of immune myocarditis induced by pembrolizumab

ABSTRACT An elderly female melanoma patient who received 200 mg of pembrolizumab developed immune myocarditis with rhabdomyolysis 21 days later， which was considered to be related to pembrolizumab treatment. The patient was given glucocorticoid pulse therapy and symptomatic treatment， her condition was gradually improved after treatment and was finally discharged from the hospital.
